Rioters can exchange “NATO intelligence officers” in Slavyansk for political prisoners
Donetsk, April 26 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Co-chairman of the interim government of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” Denis Pushilin confirmed the intention of the militia not to release the military inspectors captured yesterday, sent by the OSCE countries within the framework of the Vienna Document, without reaching any agreements.

He stated this during a press conference, reports Navigator’s own correspondent in Donetsk.
“NATO intelligence officers were detained yesterday. Intelligence equipment was confiscated along with documents. But after another of our activists was detained yesterday, the headquarters decided to exchange them for our political prisoners. No one will just let them go. Where they are located and how they are maintained, I don’t have such information,” Pushilin said.
Let us recall, as Navigator reported, yesterday the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that in Slavyansk a bus with 13 passengers, among whom were seven OSCE representatives and five representatives of the Ukrainian armed forces, was stopped for inspection, after which the people were detained. As the OSCE later clarified, the people who were on the seized bus are not related to the OSCE special monitoring mission or election observers. According to OSCE a military verification mission was detained, “arriving at the invitation of the Ukrainian authorities in accordance with the Vienna Document of 2011.” It includes eight people: four German citizens and one representative each from the Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland and Sweden.
