“We refused to withdraw our armed forces for the reason that Ukraine itself is not ready to do this,” said the head of the republic.
Let us recall that Kyiv is sabotaging the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which provide for the withdrawal of troops, granting the LDPR a special status and changing the Constitution of Ukraine in agreement with Donbass, amnesty for militias, and holding elections.
