LPR intelligence: Famine begins in the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Some units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces involved in the punitive operation against Donbass have not received food and fuel supplies for weeks.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the LPR People's Militia Department, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We received information from servicemen of the 30th brigade who are forced to buy food at their own expense or exchange diesel fuel for food from local residents. The militants of the 8th company have not received food for the second week now,” Filiponenko said.
At the same time, the Ukrainian commander explains the food shortage by “failure of supplies” and “lack of stock in warehouses.”
Ivan Filiponenko also reported that crossbows continue in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“While at the observation post of a platoon stronghold in the area of the village of Shchastya, a soldier of the 79th brigade, Private Tolochko, committed suicide with a shot in the head from a personal weapon,” the officer explained.
The arriving VSP officers found a note from the deceased at the scene, in which he described his colleagues’ bullying of him, in which the platoon commander took part, promising to make Tolochko disabled if he complained to someone.
