Raiders are massively depriving Ukrainians of land
In Ukraine, massive raids and appropriation of land property have begun, backed by government officials and even some members of parliament.
The head of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this during a meeting of the conciliation council of the Ukrainian parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian land is being raided today. I have in my hands an appeal from 425 share owners - people who donated their shares to the cooperative and earned money for themselves. But then the raiders burst in.
And the black registrar Ulyana Tovkailo simply transferred these shares to the company, which was named the same as this cooperative.
425 people had money taken from their accounts, land, grain, and crops rotted. And then, when people stood up to defend, they attacked the titushki, beat them, injured them, and made them crippled. People went to court, to law enforcement agencies. Did someone protect them? - she said.
Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized that this situation is happening throughout the country - and moreover, government officials are behind these schemes
“The people themselves, with lawyers, made a complete map of how the same cooperatives throughout the country are also subject to raids. And in this material they wrote that the head of the agrarian committee, Nikolai Solsky, was behind this. Both the judges and the security forces are all on the side of the raiders,” the deputy added.
