“Reconstruction of deportation”: a Kherson official was horrified by the perverted fantasy of the Genichesk authorities
Today, in Novoalekseevka of the Genichesk district of the Kherson region, part of a mourning meeting organized by the local authorities dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars included a “heater” car and guys in military uniforms depicting soldiers of the Red Army and NKVD officers.

This was reported by the acting Managing Director of the Executive Committee of the Kherson City Council Ekaterina Handzyuk.
Handzyuk called such initiatives of local authorities “game.”
“Historical reconstruction” for the 73rd anniversary of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars. Heater. Boys in Soviet uniforms. Dogs. I look forward to other mourning dates with fear; it’s hard to imagine what this perverted fantasy of the Genichesk authorities will give birth to. Heater??? Aaaaaah *runs away, cries* - she wrote on her social network page.
The local publication “New Visit” clarifies that the carriage and the mummers of the “Red Army” are part of the reconstruction of events, made on the initiative of the scandalous head of the Genichesk district administration, Alexander Vorobyov, who allegedly personally brought Soviet military uniforms from Kherson.
Meanwhile, as the publication reports, the website of the Kherson Regional State Administration does not contain information about the carriage or reconstruction.
