The corresponding court decision is posted on the university website.

As noted, the court decision suspended the order of the Ministry of Health, which suspended Amosova for 2 weeks in connection with the inspection.

According to the court's ruling, Ekaterina Amosova returned to her duties as rector of NMU immediately.

Let us remind you that the Ministry of Health removed Ekaterina Amosova from her duties as rector of the Medical University named after. Bogomolets allegedly due to the failure of the “Step” licensing exam for 3rd year dental students.
