Reporter and blogger Sergei Rulev was arrested for 15 days in the city of Kropotkin, Krasnodar Territory, where he had a conflict with the police while filming at a railway station.

“He was detained by city police officers and charged with disobedience to police officers. But in fact, he filmed some old diesel locomotives there. The judge ruled - arrest for 15 days. Rulev is currently serving a sentence for an administrative offense,” she said.
Rulev left Kyiv in March 2014 when he was attacked on the Maidan of Independence, where representatives of the Afghan Hundred tortured him, tearing out his nails with pliers in the burned House of Trade Unions in retaliation for the fact that the reporter was helping Berkut fighters.
Subsequently, Rulev moved to Rostov-on-Don, now he is undergoing the procedure for obtaining citizenship, and is accredited by the Russian Foreign Ministry as a foreign correspondent.
