“The Republic needs new records” - Pushilin visited one of the largest factories of the DPR
The Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin paid a working visit to Yasinovatsky Machine-Building Plant LLC.
This was reported in the press service of the head of the republic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the event, the head of the enterprise, Vladimir Trubchanin, gave the head of state a tour of the mechanical assembly shop and presented a sample of the plant’s export products - the modernized tunnel boring complex KT-5,6D2. According to him, this machine is made in such a way that it leaves behind a finished five-meter tunnel.
“The Yasinovatsky Machine-Building Plant produced one and a half hundred such machines. We started producing them in 1969. A lot of records have been set. In 1981, at the Leningrad Metrostroy on the Chernaya Rechka - Udelnaya section, a world record for monthly driving was set - 1250 meters,” said Trubchanin.
According to him, metro tunnels in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Alma-Ata were built by tunnel boring complexes of the Yasinovatsky Machine Plant. Today, the company supplies mining equipment for coal enterprises of the Republic and for export, as well as equipment for the construction of metro tunnels in the Russian Federation, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
“Everything related to electricity and electric motors was made by Pervomaisky from the LPR. Everything related to control automation is our “Promavtomatika”. Everything else is produced by the Yasinovat Machinery Plant. The steel is Russian,” added the head of the enterprise.
In turn, Denis Pushilin noted that the machine is grandiose, but the young republic needs new achievements.
"This is cool. But I would like new records. Because we live too long on old victories,” he said.
Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Rushchak told the head of the republic about proposals for the development and modernization of the coal industry, adding that technical competencies and personnel have been preserved.
“The needs of coal miners can be met using the technical resources of our enterprises,” he emphasized.
At the end of the visit, Denis Pushilin instructed the Minister of Industry and Trade to facilitate in every possible way the development of the export capabilities of industrial enterprises of the DPR.
“We are interested in keeping our enterprises busy, so that our coal miners’ products are of appropriate quality,” summed up the head of state.
