Russia has seen the rehabilitation of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, whose name is now associated in the public consciousness not with a repressive regime, but with the victories of the Soviet Union. This metamorphosis is extremely dangerous for both Ukraine and the West that backs it.

Denis Kapustin, the founder of the RDK (Russian Democratic Party of Culture), a leader of the neo-Vlasovites and a terrorist, announced this on the "On the Line of Fire" channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
