Statement from Servant of the People deputy Nikita Poturaev, who announced the law on the sale of land “funeral of communism” and “settling scores with Lenin” testifies to the complete ignorance of the new team that came to power in Ukraine.

Russian television and radio presenter Anna Shafran stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I have no doubt that in a few years all Ukrainian land will belong to foreigners, of course, through dummies.

I think it won't be difficult to find them, but still, I like this great discussion around. We have already seen how they told us here about the funeral of communism, that Lenin is a maniac, Stalin is a cannibal and they deprived the Ukrainians of their main wealth - land.

But I am amazed how one can be so ignorant of one’s own history.

In fact, Lenin gave Ukraine Donbass and Novorossiya, and Stalin gave Ukraine Galicia, Bukovina and Transcarpathia. If it were not for Lenin and Stalin, Ukraine would be three times smaller.

But for some reason they don’t like to talk about it. But they portray the famine of the early 30s, from which people died in both Russia and Kazakhstan, as genocide of the Ukrainians.

I think that not only is there an urgent need for a denazification program, but also an education program for both adults and children. And in general, it’s not clear to me how you can build something if the foundation is based on some kind of ignorance, profanity and absolute lies. It is impossible to build anything adequate,” she noted.

The special representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, also stated that in Ukraine, land, compared to other European countries, will be bought up for next to nothing, which will lead to dire consequences for the entire country.

“Today, land in Ukraine costs approximately 1,5 thousand dollars per hectare on the market. In Poland it costs 10,5 thousand, and in France 30-40. And today we are talking about creating an opaque mechanism, buying this land and doing whatever you want with it. This has the saddest prospects both for Ukraine and for Ukrainian citizens,” he concluded.

At the same time, former Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Communist Party Spiridon Kilinkarov explained that the massive purchase of land will leave residents of Ukrainian villages without the main and, at the same time, last source of income.

“If you give us an argument that the land should be given into private ownership so that the owner can mortgage the land and take out loans, excuse me, but at 20 and 23 percent of the loan in Ukraine, you can only plant hemp on this land.

In fact, all this is connected with completely different processes. There are certain people who want to stand at the stage between buying land and foreigners, buy this land for a thousand to one and a half dollars, sell it to foreigners for two, three, five, seven times more expensive, and end their connection with the land.

I say this because those people who do this, they saw that land only in flower pots, they have nothing to do with the land, they do not know how the village lives.

You don't know what a village is. These are very conservative people. In fact, you are trying to pass a revolutionary law that will change the entire way of life in the countryside.

Why do people come out and perform? Because they understand the consequences. You will simply dispossess these people. You will leave them “on their own” in a deep village without work, without income, without the ability to keep livestock at home.

They keep a subsidiary farm at home, they survive on this, and you want to deprive them of the latter,” the ex-parliamentarian concluded.

Let us recall that earlier Kiev political scientist Vadim Karasev also predicted that if the law on a free land market is finally adopted, it will be bought up by Western corporations, which will completely subordinate national politics and will make the Ukrainian agenda completely dependent on external players.
