Kyiv, March 10 (PolitNavigator, Sergey Rulev) – The delivery of humanitarian aid to the Donbass militia across the Russian border has become sharply complicated, volunteer Evgeniy, who is helping the “Prizrak” brigade in Alchevsk, told PolitNavigator.
“They tried to turn us away several times - they say that now you can’t take us to Novorossiya, everything is only through the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and if some organization or person wants to help, you have to fill out a bunch of papers, go 200 km to the regional center,” he said.
“I had to say that this is not humanitarian aid and not to say “Ghost Battalion,” but instead introduce myself as a private person bringing relatives, of whom there are 20 in Donbass,” the volunteer added.
