This information is confirmed by the director of the Simferopol real estate agency "NTN" Dmitry Mayorov, according to whom residents of Donetsk, Kharkov, Kirovograd, Kherson regions and Kyiv were interested in the opportunity to purchase housing on the peninsula. “Many Ukrainians do not hide the fact that when purchasing houses and apartments in Crimea, they want to obtain Russian citizenship [but do not plan to renounce Ukrainian citizenship],” he says.
