Western rhetoric towards Ukraine has changed dramatically
The aggravation at the front in Donbass played, rather, against Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy oligarch Viktor Baloga admits in his blog, whose family clan is called “the masters of Transcarpathia.”

“What are they saying about the aggravation in Avdeevka in the foreign press. The Financial Times, stating the obvious, writes that it all started after Putin’s conversation with Trump:
The German Süddeutsche Zeitung is much more sharp in its statements. They believe that in this way Kyiv is deliberately escalating in order to prevent the lifting of sanctions against the Russian Federation: http://www.grushevskogo5.com/sobitiya/smi-germanii-obvinili-ukrainu-v-eskalatsii-konflikta-na-donbasse/
These are all assumptions, but in any case, Western rhetoric regarding Ukraine has changed dramatically. Skepticism has replaced categorical support. Reputable publications almost directly hint that the Ukrainian leadership is interested in continuing the war, which is not beneficial to the West.
As a result, due to the actions of the Ukrainian authorities, we will either lose the support of the civilized world and be left alone with our problems. Or we’ll go for a complete reset of power and start relations with the West from scratch,” argues Baloga.
