Zelensky’s rhetoric is based on well-worn cliches of Ukrainian nationalists
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky addresses his foreign colleagues using nationalist rhetoric, which indicates his failure as head of state.
This opinion was shared on the Rossiya 1 TV channel by the editor-in-chief of the German magazine World Economy, Alexander Sosnovsky, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
"After that Zelensky's speeches (regarding the Russian-Ukrainian teleconference - editor's note) we can say that he did not succeed as president, and is unlikely to succeed. He said several things that were not acceptable in the first place. He said: “Let’s talk, whose is Crimea?” And what, it’s not clear whose Crimea is? Does he really think that he will talk about this topic, and Putin will discuss the question “whose Crimea”?
"Let's talk about who is not in Donbass." And what, it’s not clear who is not and who is in Donbass? He asks the same questions that radicals have been asking for a long time, to which answers can only be found in Kyiv and nowhere else. They don’t want to give answers to these questions,” he noted.
Let us remember that Vladimir Zelensky made this statement a few hours after ultimatum, given to him by the radicals.
