Sentsov's relatives complain that the ECHR ignores the terrorist
For four years now, the European Court of Human Rights has not considered the case of Oleg Sentsov, convicted of terrorism in Crimea, who is called a “director” in Ukraine.
Sentsov’s cousin Natalya Kaplan, who fled from Moscow to Kyiv, stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel.
“They somehow began to stir after the hunger strike was announced and began to request medical documents from Russia. They recommend that Oleg seek a transfer to a civilian hospital as close as possible to his place of registration, that is, to Crimea,” Kaplan said.
However, Sentsov himself does not want to leave prison. He is now in a separate room in the prison infirmary, monitored by a doctor around the clock. According to Kaplan, doctors at a regular hospital treated him much worse. In addition, Sentsov is afraid that he will not be able to withstand the transfer along the stage.
