Relatives of the framed navy soldiers were given daggers and shoulder straps

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak signed a decree conferring the military rank of “lieutenant” to Bohdan Golovash and Vladislav Kostyshin, who as cadets ended up on the Ukrainian Navy boats “Berdyansk” and “Nikopol”, which committed a provocation in November with an attempt to break through the Russian border near the Kerch Strait.
“Bogdan and Vladislav celebrated their birthdays in captivity. Their relatives received both shoulder straps and daggers for them today. We are proud of the lieutenants,” the sympathies for the former cadets framed by the Ukrainian elite are graphically expressed on the Facebook page of Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova.
