Oleg Lyashko will not join a coalition with the Popular Front and the BPP, but will try to show himself as the main oppositionist to the current government.

Ukrainian political analyst Dmitry Korneichuk stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
In his opinion, Lyashko will try to occupy an opposition niche and outshout Yulia Tymoshenko, which he has so far succeeded in doing, since he is “smoothly gaining the rural electorate that Tymoshenko traditionally hoped for.”
“But she is losing this electorate, because in the struggle between two populists, the one who shouts louder wins,” the expert said.
He also believes that the Popular Front and the BPP, despite the conflicts among themselves, are still interested in each other and will remain in the same coalition.
“No matter how much they kill each other in the media, these are all role-playing games. In any case, they will stay together. And I very much doubt that they will want a third partner in their role-playing games, with whom they will still have to share. The number of positions is not flexible, someone has to give up, but no one wants to, because there is less and less time to be in power, and there are also less and less resources to steal. Who’s going to share here,” Korneychuk concluded.
Let us recall that Oleg Lyashko’s scandalous fame was brought by a video of his interrogation leaked online, during which he admits that he entered into a homosexual relationship, pursuing selfish motives.
As PolitNavigator reported, Lyashko from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada declared colleagues in parliament to be deserters and “bestials”.
