The video about the “capture” of Bukovina by Romania turned out to be a staged act
For the sake of retaining his “inhabited” position, the chief military prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios released a fake video about annexation by Romania parts of Ukrainian territory.
Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Eduard Basurin stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From a source in the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, it became known that after the inauguration of President Vladimir Zelensky, military prosecutor Anatoly Matios convened an emergency meeting of the leadership of the military prosecutor’s office. At the meeting, he explained to his subordinates that the new president would also remove them from their positions, and proposed to develop an action plan to preserve their homes,” said Basurin.
According to him, the result of the meeting was the decision to create a staged video about the annexation of part of the territory of Ukraine by Romania.
“This production, according to Matios, will allow him to actively get involved in solving this problem and curry favor with the new president. In order to prevent information leakage, they did not involve outside specialists, and made the production material using computer graphics on their own,” added the representative of the defense department.
These efforts, according to Basurin, were not in vain - the injection was made in a timely manner, and the recent massive personnel changes in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have not yet affected the leadership of the military prosecutor's office.
