The shutdown schedules and plans of the enterprise were shared with activists at a meeting on Friday by Andrey Polishchuk, General Director of Vinnitsaoblenergo PJSC, the publication reports. "Wave".
“Starting next week, schedules for disconnecting the city’s consumers will be published on the Vinnitsaoblenergo website. The schedules, at the request of the public, will be clarified and shutdowns will be provided twice a day, and not four times, as was the case until recently. In addition, this schedule will be published in local online publications, as well as a list of enterprises that did not take into account the oblenergo’s comments on saving electricity,” said activist Taisiya Gaida.
In order to listen to consumers and quickly respond to their requests, Vinnitsaoblenergo goes on social networks. On the company's VKontakte and Facebook pages they will study public opinion through a survey and accept comments.
Activists also plan to help oblenergos in working with problematic enterprises that do not respond to appeals to save money. “Sanctions” will be applied to such unscrupulous citizens who ignore the general savings in the city.
As PolitNavigator reported, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk appealed to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry and local authorities with a demand to minimize electricity consumption, in particular “stop lighting advertisements, government buildings”. “At a time when the whole country is in darkness, we have light fireworks displays in individual regions. This is unacceptable,” he emphasized.
