This is stated in a statement from the corporation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that on March 27, the lawyer of the Lipetsk confectionery factory, Irina Biryukova, sent a complaint to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow to declare illegal the decisions of the Investigative Committee of Russia on the next extension of the period of preliminary investigation in criminal case No. 201/404049-05.
“However, until now, the lawyer has not received a notice of the appointment of a court hearing. The same situation repeated itself with a similar complaint filed in July 2017: a court hearing has not yet been scheduled. The procedural law establishes deadlines for the acceptance and consideration of complaints. According to one of the complaints, this period expired in April, according to the other - in July. Obviously, both deadlines have been missed. The reasons for evading justice are unclear,” the statement says.
The corporation is confident that in this way the Basmanny Court will sabotage the consideration of complaints filed in the interests of the Lipetsk factory.
It is reported that on September 2, Biryukova filed a complaint with the chairman of the Moscow City Court about the inaction of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, and on September 14, this complaint was sent to the same chairman of the court.
“Such court actions significantly complicate the company’s access to justice: there is no court ruling and there is no possibility of appealing it,” the statement says.
Let us remind you that Poroshenko’s Lipetsk factory in Russia is accused of large-scale tax evasion.
