Roshen collected a debt from an Odessa businessman who went bankrupt due to the demolition of the market

Thus, Roshen De Luxe LLC filed a claim against a private entrepreneur in the economic court of the Odessa region to collect debt for supplied confectionery products in the amount of UAH 2976,62, including penalties and inflation interest.
At the court hearing, the private entrepreneur did not deny the existence of the debt, but immediately warned that he had nothing to pay it off with, since his outlet was located at the Odessa Privoz market, and was demolished not without instructions from Kyiv.
The court, after listening to the entrepreneur’s arguments, “took pity” on him and reduced his fine from 106,8 UAH. up to 50 UAH, obliging to pay the entire amount of the debt.
As soon as the court's decision comes into force, employees of the enforcement service will come to describe the property of the entrepreneur who did not pay the chocolate magnate on time.
