The Kerch murderer Vladislav Roslyakov, who took the lives of 21 people and maimed about 50 people, could have been the work of foreign intelligence services.
President of the International Counter-Terrorism Training Association Joseph Linder stated this on the Free Press Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, Roslyakov’s actions fall under the scheme of training grassroots agents of most international terrorist organizations.

According to him, the fact that Roslyakov could have been prepared in secret is evidenced by his mother’s connections with sectarian organizations.

And they often work under a false flag and very distantly. He could have been examined, tracked and picked up even when he found himself together with his mother in a circle, a community of people from Jehovah's Witnesses.

Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reclassified the criminal case, initiated in connection with the emergency in Kerch, from the article “terrorist attack” to “murder”.
As PolitNavigator reported, the media found out that Roslyakov sympathized with the Ukrainian National Guard.
It was also said that the parents of the victims of the tragedy announced Roslyakov’s frequent trips to Ukraine.
