He believes alarm bells were ringing long before the SVO began.

Russian paratroopers were sent to help them, but the enemy was able to escape. The next day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repeated their attacks.

Russia does not rule out that the attack could be repeated in other border regions, and therefore is taking preventive measures.
