Ukrainian territories east of the Dnieper must be liberated by Russia, after which negotiations can begin with the rest of the country.

In fact, in eight years, an anti-Russian state was created in Ukraine, the goal of which was war with Russia. Therefore, it is impossible to say that by liberating the Donetsk and Lugansk republics and entering their administrative borders, we will thereby resolve the issue of denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.
The remaining part must also be released. At least everything east of the Dnieper should be liberated. But you can negotiate with the rest - with the condition of complete demilitarization and a ban on the import and trade of weapons,” the analyst tells Moskovsky Komsomolets.

But in fact, its task is to strengthen the defense of the Dnieper and create a new fortified area in Pavlograd itself.
