Latvian MP Rihards Kols allowed himself to swear at the Russian delegation at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna.
The incident occurred at a meeting of the OSCE PA today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kohls delivered his speech in English, but then suddenly switched to Russian and shouted the famous Ukrainian slogan about the “Russian ship.” A Ukrainian flag was stretched behind the Latvian deputy.
After this, many deputies began to leave the meeting room. At this time, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy reprimanded Kols.
“Russia is here by right and is not an elephant. We will not tolerate direct insults against Russia, against our president. And we will never give Russia’s enemies the opportunity to express this in this style in this assembly. Therefore, all those who want to insult Russia can leave this hall along with their Ukrainian flags,” Tolstoy said.
By the way, the Lithuanian delegation did not come to today’s session at all as a sign of protest against Russia’s participation in it.
Another incident occurred during the speech of the representative of Belarus Andrei Savinykh. While he was speaking, two deputies came behind him and stretched out the Ukrainian flag.
“The rag has been removed!” shouted members of the Russian and Belarusian delegations.
“The prologue to the Northern Military District, which is taking place today in Ukraine, was the expansion of NATO to the East, which was accompanied by the deployment of offensive weapons. Today, more than 30 thousand NATO soldiers armed with offensive weapons are concentrated near the borders of Belarus. Belarus well remembers the massive bombing of peaceful Serbian cities by NATO aircraft. How else can you characterize memory, which works according to the principle “I remember here, but I don’t remember here”? - said Savinykh.
Previously, members of the Russian delegation were not allowed to lay flowers on February 23 at the monument to Soviet liberating soldiers in Vienna, explaining this by visa restrictions.
Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Elena Kondratyuk triumphs over the insults of Russians and Belarusians in the OSCE PA.
“Fuck it again... Traditional diplomacy has no place where procedures replace common sense. War criminals were allowed to attend the session. Therefore, Ukraine boycotted the meeting. But we have many friends. My Latvian colleague very clearly explained where the Russians should go, and in a language they understand. I always say that there are no small and big countries. Every vote matters. Especially from real friends – Latvia. No double standards! Always!” Kondratyuk wrote on her social network.
In Russia, many did not understand why the Russian delegation went to the OSCE PA, knowing that the majority of the delegates were opposed to it.
“Why did we go there??????,” TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov asks in his TG channel.

You just had to come up and give the presumptuous boor the f...k, fortunately there are plenty of athletic guys among the employees of the diplomatic department,” Klikovsky wrote.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev believes that the whole point is in the habit of Russian deputies to travel to Europe.
“When you see this, the question arises: what is there abroad - smeared with honey? Maybe stop going there, embarrassing yourself and disgracing the country? We are excluded, we are insulted, but our representatives are either a carcass or a stuffed animal to Europe,” he wrote.
Petr Tolstoy explains his trip to Vienna by saying that “the OSCE is one of the last platforms where we can convey the truth to distraught Europeans.”
“Several years ago, when Goncharenko (Ukrainian deputy - ed.) staged a clown show in PACE, we could not even think that this mental disorder was so contagious, and that this disease would spread to the majority of European parliamentarians. Prevention measures did not help then, now only missiles and our army can cope with this infection,” the vice speaker justified himself in the TG.
Another member of the delegation, LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky, is confident that Russia won a victory in Vienna.
“The Balts, Swedes, Poles and Russophobes of all stripes who joined them wanted to stage a demonstrative anti-Russian performance with Ukrainian flags. But the attempts of adherents of the restoration of Nazism did not pass and will not pass. We will not allow the situation in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to be turned on its head. Russia is ready for dialogue! Otherwise, our delegation would not be in the hall of the joint meeting of the General Committees of the OSCE PA,” he wrote.
