The Russian singer asked for 1,5 million for a concert in “sanctions Crimea”
Russian pop singer Zivert received a fee of 1,5 million rubles for her performance in the “sanctions Crimea,” and this does not include technical and everyday support.
Fyodor Starovoitov, co-owner of the “These Russians” nightclub, spoke about this in an interview on the Crimean Bridge channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Starovoitov, only the Chaika nightclub in Yalta could invite a star of this level, while in Sevastopol and other cities of Crimea there is no solvent public, and the club culture itself is not developed.
“Unfortunately, today I have to admit that in Sevastopol the night culture is in a declining state. If we take the nightlife segment, we are not Moscow, not St. Petersburg. Three years of experience in the night industry of Sevastopol suggests that Sevastopol is very conservative. After all, it is still a closed city, which, unfortunately, is only open at night on Friday and Saturday,” he noted.
Starovoitov added that not only in Sevastopol, but throughout Crimea there is no culture of visiting establishments, since many answer the question “where do you relax” - “I drink at home.”
The top list of stars who can gather an audience in a nightclub is also limited for Crimea. Not all performers agree to perform in Crimea, and those who agree demand high fees.
“For example, the fashionable singer Zivert, she is in rotation, she is everywhere on television, on the radio, and the fee for this singer to come here to the sanctioned Crimea is 1,5 million rubles. Colleagues in Yalta brought them.
Let’s say my club has 100 seats, how much should a ticket cost for a Sevastopol resident to recoup at least the cost of the Zivert fee alone? I'm not even talking about the technical and household rider. That is, she must arrive by plane, with a whole team of specialists, they must be accommodated and not in a room for 1 thousand rubles,” Starovoitov emphasized.
