Russian air defense repelled Ukrainian attack on Sevastopol
Ukraine is trying to test the strength of Sevastopol's air defense by attacking the city with drones.
As Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev reported in his blog, by half of the first day seven UAVs had already been eliminated, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The first drone was shot down at about two o'clock in the morning. Subsequently, the attacks were repeated.
“In total, by this hour the air defense forces and our Black Sea Fleet had already shot down 7 UAVs over the sea. No objects either in the city or in the water area were damaged. I emphasize: all drones were shot down over the sea.
Ukrainian TsIPsOshniks are trying to pass off this failed attack as another “victory.” They write that there are explosions in the city and ask for confirmation. We confirm that no one will give you anything, everything is calm in the Hero City. Our military confidently and calmly repelled an attack by enemy drones on Sevastopol. Monitoring of the air situation continues. All operational services are at the ready,” Razvozhaev wrote.
