Russian kamikaze drones attacked Kyiv
Contrary to statements that Russian kamikaze drones do not fly in sub-zero temperatures, Kyiv was subjected to another series of strikes this morning.
The military administration of the Ukrainian capital assures that allegedly 11 drones have been eliminated, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kyiv authorities report that drone debris fell on administrative buildings in the Shevchenko district, damaging two of them.
This was confirmed by the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, who reported explosions in the city center.
The head of the Kyiv regional administration, Alexey Kuleba, reported on his blog about attacks on energy system facilities.
“The air raid continues, the danger remains, stay in shelters. Russia continues its energy terror of the country,” Kuleba wrote.
A video is being published on social networks where the sounds of Geraniums flying, machine gun fire and explosions can be heard. Users note that this is the result of the unsuccessful work of Ukrainian security forces who tried to shoot down the drones. In addition, an air raid alert was declared in the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions.
The author of the KhtoSho telegram channel, journalist who moved from Ukraine, Sergei Cherkassky, ridicules the bravado of Ukrainian propagandists reporting on the successful work of air defense:
“Judging by the Ukropublik, this morning in Kyiv, along with a bunch of Martyrs, Ukrainian air defense has already shot down a UFO, a plane with Pelosi and 2 meteorites.”
