The TG channel of the Rybar project, founded by military analyst Mikhail Zvinchuk, confirms that hypersonic missiles were used during the strike.
“Local residents reported explosions in the Ivano-Frankivsk and Rivne regions, as well as Kropyvnytskyi, Kremenchug, Dnepropetrovsk and Chernihiv, where a rocket fell in the private sector. At the moment, there is no information about the affected objects,” Rybar reports.
Chernigov Gauleiter Vyacheslav Chaus admitted that there was damage.
“Everyone heard. Air defense. There is damage. We are not disclosing the locations yet. All services are working. Preliminarily, there were no casualties,” he wrote in his public page.
It is noteworthy that the operational directorate of the Polish armed forces stated that Polish aircraft were in the air during the Russian strike.
The US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink also commented on the strike.
