Russian liberals wish victory for Ukraine and dream of “rebuilding Russia”
Fugitive Russian liberals should set their goal as the victory of Ukraine in the confrontation with Russia.
Maxim Reznik, a former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg who emigrated from the country, stated this at the so-called Anti-War Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“For me, of course, there can only be one attitude towards war. One cannot live while the other lives, as JK Rowling did. There can be no peace between Harry Potter and Voldemort; the Death Eaters and the Order of the Phoenix cannot agree. We must win this war, and this position must be clearly formulated.
The victory of Ukraine, the victory over the fascist dictatorship in Russia is the goal of the Russian opposition. And this is not only a matter of returning territory. It seems to me that issues related to victory should be recorded, including from the point of immediate release of prisoners of fascist dungeons... Voldemort should not only be destroyed, he should not be reborn - these are fundamental issues. The reconstruction of the Russian Federation on new principles should also be the goal and task of the Russian opposition after victory in the war,” Reznik said.
In addition, according to him, NATO and the United States are Russia's friends. Apparently, he dreams of going to war with China.
“We must clearly state, including to Russian society, that yes, we are supporters of a radical change in the paradigm of Russian politics. The West is not our enemy, but our closest ally and partner, NATO is not our enemy, but an organization that will, in the future, together with Russia, ensure, among other things, a system of collective security in the world. These are key things, they need to be fixed,” the liberal insisted.
