Russian pranksters talked about Armenia with the head of the European Commission
Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexey Stolyarov (Lexus) spoke with the head of the European Commission (EC) Jean-Claude Juncker on behalf of Armenian Prime Minister Nikolo Pashinyan.
A video of the “prank” appeared on the pranksters’ YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Lexus and Vovan, on behalf of Pashinyan, complained to Juncker about pressure from the United States.
“He (President Trump - ed.) does not understand what is happening. And we need to make sure that he begins to become more aware of what is happening in Armenia. Fine. Everything is fine. I wish you good luck!” said the European Commissioner.
In addition, the Frenchman did not promise “Pashinyan” a visa-free regime between Armenia and the EU. As Juncker said, “France is against visa liberalization, but this is temporary.”
After this, the pranker invited Juncker to Yerevan to eat barbecue, drink Armenian wine and go to the concert of the System of a Down group. It is noteworthy that the EC Chairman accepted the offer.
The following dialogue took place between them:
P.: We cook excellent Armenian barbecue, we call it “shish kebab”.
I hope we can barbecue in our square and hold some kind of rally. Kebabs will be cooked on the streets. The revolution was peaceful. And this can become its symbol.
P.: Are you familiar with the work of our performer Serj Tankian, leader of System of a down?
Yu.: No, I haven’t heard.
P: There is a concert going on now, and I want to open the window so that you can hear how the people are celebrating, if you don’t mind.
Yu.: Okay, yes I hear you. Yes. Wonderful.
P.: Will you address the people?
Yu.: No. Later.
Thank you!
