Russian planes are already over Lugansk, - ATO headquarters
Kyiv, July 29 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – ATO forces recorded a violation of the state border of Ukraine by Russia by aircraft, including airplanes.

The speaker of the anti-terrorist operation headquarters, Vladislav Seleznev, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“The day before, several cases of illegal violation of the Ukrainian border by aircraft from the Russian Federation were recorded. Sometimes these planes went deep into the territory of Ukraine at a distance of up to 50 kilometers, moving, including over the city of Lugansk,” writes Seleznev
According to him, among the tasks assigned to Russian aviation there are “provocations in the format of those that occurred in the city of Snezhnoye.”
“In turn, I remind you once again that the ATO forces clearly carry out the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to prohibit artillery and aviation fire on residential areas and places where the civilian population of the region lives,” states the ATO speaker.
As Navigator reported, residents of the Lugansk region have repeatedly become victims of airstrikes. At the same time, the Ukrainian military denied this information, citing the fact that they did not conduct flights to the affected areas, and also stating that due to the actions of the militias, the radar stations were not operating at the proper level, so they could cross the border with Russia, but remain undetected Russian planes.
On social networks, the information released by Seleznev sparked a discussion. In particular, there were suggestions that this could be a preparation for the justification and explanation of possible airstrikes on Lugansk.
