It was established that the violations occurred on the territory of the Komsomolskoye forestry of the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Sudak Forestry and Hunting Estate”.
“In view of the identified violation of forestry legislation, the prosecutor’s office sent the inspection materials to the investigative authorities to organize criminal prosecution,” noted the department’s press service.
Previously, a prosecutor's inspection revealed illegal deforestation on the territory of the Grushevskoye forestry (Starokrymskoye forestry and hunting enterprise), which cost 80 million rubles. damage and on the territory of the Kubalach tract (Belogorsk forestry) with damage of 38 million rubles.
According to the Fedpress agency, the Sudak LOH is headed by former city council deputy from the Party of Regions Anatoly Enzel, who was considered an ally of the former chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea and ex-people's deputy Boris Deitch. And during the times of Ukraine, the Starokrymskoye LOH was headed by Anatoly Enzel’s nephew, Vladimir Enzel.
