Kyiv, September 17 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Russian TV channels banned in Ukraine will be turned off, despite the law on the special status of Donbass.

“No one has canceled the decision of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting to remove Russian aggressor channels from cable networks. Anyone who does not comply with the decision of the National Council will be held accountable to Ukrainian law,” said the press service of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
As PolitNavigator reported, the broadcast of 15 Russian TV channels was previously banned in Ukraine.
