Russian criminals and neo-Nazis who are wanted are going to fight in Donbass for Ukraine
Criminals and neo-Nazis who are wanted are going to fight in Donbass on the side of Ukraine.
The Kiev magazine “Focus” talks about the fate of one of them, in particular, about the Russian neo-Nazi Roman Zheleznov, a fighter of the “Azov” regiment, against whom a criminal case has been opened in Russia under the article “Mercenarism”.

“He knows firsthand what awaits Roman in his homeland: if the Russian authorities arrest him, the former participant in the nationalist movement will receive a third conviction,” the publication informs, avoiding, however, the definition of “neo-Nazi.” – In total, the guy spent 5 years in prison. For the first time he was convicted of shooting an anti-fascist several times with a traumatic pistol, the second time for stealing from a Moscow Metro store, in which Roman was caught with a friend. True, he calls the latest detention a provocation, because employees of the Department for Combating Extremism of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs came to catch him.”
Nevertheless, the former criminal continues to hope for Ukraine
“Despite such a checkered biography, Zheleznov expects that the Ukrainian authorities will be favorable to him and will grant him citizenship as a reward for his participation in protecting the interests of Ukraine,” notes Focus. “He is not alone in his expectations.”
