Russian soldiers concrete the Arabat Spit

The National Security and Defense Council reports this on its Twitter account. The Ukrainian Security Council also stated that “along with the rotation of Russian troops, more than 10 vehicles with personnel and 2 fuel tankers were recorded leaving the territory of Ukraine.”
“A regrouping of the Russian Armed Forces and terrorists is being recorded in the border zone and settlements that are temporarily under the control of militants,” the National Security and Defense Council states.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian border guards previously admitted that they cannot shoot down Russian drones: small arms are useless, and there is no other weapon.
