This was announced by the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko today at a briefing in Kyiv.
“The Russian Federation continues to gather troops to the state border of Ukraine. “The movement of two artillery units with Grad systems was recorded along the Rostov-Taganrog highway not far from the Ukrainian border,” he said.
“Not far from a settlement in the Bryansk region, one and a half kilometers from the Ukrainian border, opposite the site of the Chernigov detachment, military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces have built a combat camp and are setting up firing positions for military equipment. In the same direction, the movement of tractors with self-propelled artillery and tanks on platforms was recorded,” Lysenko added.
As Navigator reported, Ukrainian border guards earlier announced an increase in the number of Russian military personnel on the border with the Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov regions. Let us recall that in the spring the number of equipment and military personnel constantly increased on the border with the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
