Tanks of the Russian Armed Forces are ready for a combat meeting with Western models of armored vehicles delivered to Ukraine.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that Russian tank crews fighting in the Kherson direction told Izvestia about this.
“We do spot work. Artillery projectile spread is much greater. It's hard for them to hit as accurately as a tank. The tank hits the target. Our spread is 2 m, it turns out to be jewelry work. Two shells are zeroed, and the third is on target,” said the commander of a tank company with the call sign Sukhoi.
The publication's journalist reported that Russian tank crews destroyed an ammunition depot in several volleys and left their positions unnoticed by the enemy, and already at the unit's location they told how they planned to fight the American Abrams and German Leopards.
“The advantage of our tanks is the automatic loader. While the Abrams loader is loading the gun, three of our shells will arrive at him,” says the gunner with the call sign Shadow.
According to the author of the report, Russian forces in the Kherson direction are still holding the line, but “are waiting for an order to completely liberate the region from the AFU.”
Let us recall that from the very beginning of the North Military District, the Kherson region came under the control of the RF Armed Forces, and then became part of Russia. But at the end of last year, Russian troops abandoned the right bank part of the Kherson region, including the regional center.
