Russian troops entered Kyiv: All hope is in Kurt Volker
The former head of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol, Kirill Kulikov, sarcastically commented on reports of a night explosion in Kyiv near the office of the Kievenergo company.
The incident occurred last night on Pobeda Avenue. Glass in nearby buildings was broken and facades damaged. The police suggested that the cause could be a grenade explosion.
“At night in Kyiv there is another explosion, however, this happens every night: either they fire a grenade launcher, then the charge goes off, well, in extreme cases, they throw a grenade. Yesterday, US Special Representative Kurt Volker said: in Ukraine there is security wherever there are no Russian troops. Consequently, either Russian troops have already entered Kyiv, or old Kurt believes that explosions every night in the capital are an element of security. You come, old man, I’ll give you a tour: “Kyiv is safe,” and you’ll check out the guys from Secret Service at the same time,” comments Kulikov.
