The Lend-Lease law for Ukraine, signed yesterday by US President Joe Biden, will allow Kyiv to receive weapons that reach Russian territory. To avoid this, Russia needs to destroy the routes for delivering weapons to Ukraine and its infrastructure now.
Retired Lieutenant General of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation Leonid Reshetnikov told PolitNavigator about this.

The only solution is to deliver powerful blows to the delivery routes of these weapons and generally inflict a decisive defeat on the army of the Kyiv regime.
