Russian humanitarian convoy approaches the border with Ukraine (PHOTO)
Donetsk, August 17 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The first 16 KamAZ vehicles, part of the Russian humanitarian convoy, left the parking lot near Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region and began moving towards the Ukrainian border.

According to the organizers of the shipment, the first 17 KAMAZ trucks will arrive closer to the border on August 16. At the same time, there are no plans to cross the checkpoint on August 17, ITAR-TASS reports.
It should be noted that earlier the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova signed an order recognizing the cargo of the International Committee of the Red Cross as humanitarian aid. The cargo will be transported by ICRC representatives to Ukraine through the Donetsk checkpoint.
According to foreign journalists on their Twitter accounts, 16 trucks were inspected by the Red Cross. There will be a Red Cross employee in each vehicle of the humanitarian convoy.
As Navigator reported, earlier the Russian Foreign Ministry assured that the country had agreed on the details of the humanitarian convoy route with the Ukrainian side and provided the necessary documents.
