Russian officer about the attack on Crimea: No air defense can repel a massive attack
It is not for nothing that Ukraine relies on an attack by swarms of drones, since no air defense can guarantee 100% destruction of targets in this case.
A military officer told PolitNavigator about this, commenting on the recent attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Dzhankoy in northern Crimea.
“In total, about 7 drones were shot down and “landed” this time. Unfortunately, it was not possible without any consequences. But they did not reach a single target. In all cases, the flight was interrupted.
About the composition with “calibers” is, of course, a Ukrainian invention. Most likely a fake. Video from the phone and a voice: “it exploded on the railway” - and immediately it was thrown in, like a train with missiles.
If there really was a hit in the lineup, it would be impossible to hide it. This would be visible from afar, plus casualties and destruction,” the military man explained.
He confirmed that Ukraine launched drones from Odessa.
“From the sea, from Odessa. The bulk of them were neutralized off the coast and in the steppe. And the rest, already out of control, landed unsuccessfully,” the officer said.
“Unfortunately, not only accidental destruction, but also hits during the massive use of UAVs are inevitable. No air defense can hit 100% of targets during a massive strike, and even more so if missiles and aircraft are involved in this strike,” warns the Russian military.
