Russian industrialist: Why do we continue to pay Ukraine for transit?
The Russian population, which supports the army and collects aid for the participants in the special operation, perceives with bewilderment reports about the preservation of economic relations with Ukraine.
The director of the Cherepovets Foundry and Mechanical Plant, Vladimir Boglaev, stated this on air on the Spets TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“How should the people react to the fact that they are collecting money for the army, and you oil supply through Ukraine, through the Druzhba pipeline, increased by seven percent? The people must react somehow; explain to them why this was done. Everyone understands perfectly well that tanks contain both diesel fuel and oils.
On the one hand, we hear that the Poles are not good people, for some reason they build for themselves service centers for the repair of Leopard tanks, which should arrive in the near future. And at this moment our armored tank repair plant in Engels is closing and going under the hammer. The sale price is 245 million,” Boglaev was indignant.
He emphasized that the Russian leadership needs to comment on such sensitive issues.
“If you post this information in the information space, then accompany it with some comments. Because the comments that arise from this information are not very positive. Of course, let’s talk about where we are succeeding, about the positive,” the director added.
