A Russian radio host condemned the naming of an icebreaker after Chernomyrdin
Russian radio host Sergei Mardan joined in sharp criticism of the decision to name the former prime minister and ex-ambassador of the Russian Federation in Kyiv Viktor Chernomyrdin a new Russian icebreaker recently put into operation.
