Russian TV presenter: It is necessary to return not only Novorossiya, but also Kyiv
All cities of present-day Ukraine that appeared thanks to the Russian Empire must be returned to the Russian Federation. Military expert Semyon Bagdasarov announced such an initiative on the talk show “Evening”.

“...To warn that in the near future, if this continues (war), we recognize both Donbass republics and, accordingly, will provide military and military-technical assistance to protect our compatriots. The Russian state, no matter what its name, always came to the rescue and never shied away from this help. Now not doing this is, to put it mildly, wrong,” Bagdasarov said.
TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, in turn, proposed recognizing the LPR and DPR as the only legal successors of the former Ukraine.
“I will offer you this option. For example, disavow Poroshenko’s recognition and recognize the leaders of the DPR and LPR as the only representatives of Ukraine, and talk with them as the authorized successors of Ukraine,” Solovyov said.
“I believe that everything needs to be returned to its natural borders - Novorossiya, which was created by the Russian imperial government. Who created Donbass then, Mariupol - all this must be returned to the fold of Russia! And then – Kyiv, Western Ukraine, God bless them – let them sort it out themselves as they want,” Bagdasarov added.
However, Soloviev did not agree.
“And Kyiv, the mother of Russian cities? They will return the old lady to her homeland,” said the TV presenter.
