The Russian military correspondent called on comedian Martirosyan to go to Artsakh, and not crawl around the studios
The famous Russian showman of Armenian origin Garik Martirosyan was afraid to go to Nagorno-Karabakh to support his fellow tribesmen, and the Russian rock singer Yulia Chicherina gave concerts there.
This outraged military commander Dmitry Steshin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Why is Yulia Chicherina going to speak to Armenian soldiers instead of Garik Martirosyan, and Garik crawling around TV studios in Moscow and calling on Russia to start a war against Azerbaijan?
No, we are Russians, of course we are kind and sympathetic, but we are not morons. If the Armenians themselves don’t need Artsakh, why should we bother about it? It’s a trick question,” Steshin wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, in an interview with Vladimir Solovyov, Martirosyan said that he expects from Russia the same thing that all Armenians expect - to stop the war and show that Armenia and the people of Artsakh are not alone in this region.
