A Russian military expert smashed Lavrov’s words on Donbass to smithereens
Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin harshly criticized today's speech by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who called possible recognition of LDNR as “a manifestation of a nervous breakdown and weakness.”
