“My job is just like this, I just do my job,” said Svetlana Ivanovna, “my business is law and order, these are regulations, regulations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Rostov region...

The Rostov region took the brunt of the humanitarian impact; all cargo from Russia goes here - Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Arkhangelsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow, everything flows to Rostov. And it is the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Rostov region that declares, acts as a guarantor and declarant of these cargoes to both republics, to Lugansk and Donetsk.

This is Major General Vyacheslav Gennadievich Sinkov - our defense, our law and order. Saenko Dmitry Nikolaevich, Gromadin Igor Viktorovich, head of the working group Nuzgin Pavel Viktorovich, and the declarant guys themselves, who constantly come to the border and conduct all convoys every Wednesday. David Migranych Isakhanyan – special thanks.”

Kharchenko categorically rejected the version that Russia is “draining” Donbass.

“Well, what are you saying? Nobody leaked anything. Humanitarian supplies come from both individuals and legal entities. This is all formalized in accordance with the procedure established by law. The main thing is not to violate the regulations and border crossing, that’s all. We register legal entities and individuals - people who are not indifferent to the misfortune of others, non-state cargo.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations does a lot of work, without them nothing would have happened. The guys from the working group go to Matveev Kurgan and Novo-Shakhtinsk every Wednesday, accompany and declare these cargoes.

You can contact Gorky, 132 or the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, my phone number is 8-904-4419820.

There is a lot of talk about medicines, they say, Russia has banned them, Russia is not helping – it’s all nonsense! Nobody prohibited anything, you just need to register it as required by the laws of the Russian Federation and according to the regulations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Customs and the Ministry of Health. There’s no need to try to cross the border the wrong way.”
