Representatives of the Russian government continue to use the banned Telegram messenger.

The authors of telegram channels noticed that Russian officials read both opposition and pro-government public pages.
“On federal air, Russia-1 and NTV showed the State Council in Yalta, where they were allowed to bring gadgets. “Telegram” flashed a couple of times – judging by the color of the channel logos, it ranged from Nezygar and Karaulny to Mamkoved and RBC reviews,” says the Vyborny community.
