Apparently, visitors to Crimea in the United States are calculated using the cards: despite statements by the Russian authorities about the transfer of the Visa and MasterCard processing center to Russia, information about transactions is easily read by Americans.
Engineers have been talking about the fact that bank cards have become a means of global control over people for several years now. And this control will be American until Russia creates its own payment system.
